Out of the box, Claude only knows what you type or upload. Connectors change that by letting Claude securely read from and act in your other apps, so it can find a file in your Drive, summarise today's emails, check your calendar or look up an issue in GitHub. This course explains how connectors work, walks you through setting up the most useful ones, and then teaches you to build and test a simple custom connector as an MCP server. We finish with security, permissions and rolling connectors out to a team.
